Health and safety measures

  • We have limited the number of in-person passes available to 600.
  • We will continue to follow local and CDC guidelines for ENGAGE22.
  • All participants (clients, employees and partners) attending ENGAGE will need to provide proof to either of the following:
    1. They are vaccinated (with the original one or two dose series depending on the vaccine used). AND/OR
    2. They tested negative, through a reputable testing facility, within 48 hours prior to the start of the conference. Please note that at-home COVID testing kits will not be an approved form of proof for this event.
      • The testing will be based on OSHA standards.
  • We request that all attendees, regardless of vaccination status, wear a mask while indoors, not eating, social distanced or presenting.
  • We ask that all attendees download and utilize the free CLEAR Health Pass to confirm their vaccination status or negative test in advance. On this trusted platform, you can confirm your vaccination status or negative test and locate a local testing site in advance of the event.

  • We respectfully ask that all attendees adhere to the current CDC mask recommendation.
  • We will work with Rosen Shingle Creek on its safety protocols and cleaning procedures, in addition to offering socially distanced meeting space, where applicable.
  • Spaces will be wiped down regularly, and disinfectant wipes will be available throughout the event.
  • All attendees will receive an individual hand sanitizer.
  • Masks will be available at the registration desk for attendees.

About the CLEAR Health Pass

Health Pass by CLEAR provides secure, digital proof of COVID-related health insights via the free CLEAR mobile app.

For the most efficient entry possible, attendees should enroll with CLEAR before the event to complete their COVID pre-screening. Once your vaccination record has been uploaded to the platform, it typically can take up to 30 minutes for your status to be verified. We encourage all attendees to complete this process at least 24 hours before the event.

Clear App Steps

Get ready for the event by downloading CLEAR for free and completing the one-time enrollment process to verify your entry requirements. You can use Health Pass to confirm entry requirements before entering through the CLEAR Fast Lanes.

Step 1: Download and enroll in CLEAR

  1. Download the CLEAR app and tap on the white Health Pass tile.

    • Select “Have a Code?” and enter the code: EFATTENDEE103
  2. Tap “Enroll or verify you’re in CLEAR” to create your CLEAR member account.
    • New to CLEAR? When prompted, enter your email address and phone number and have your government-issued photo ID ready to complete enrollment.
    • Already a CLEAR member? Use the email address associated with your membership and snap a quick selfie to verify your identity.
  3. Continue to follow the prompts on the Entry Requirements page to securely confirm your proof of vaccination or negative test results.

Step 2: Before arriving to the event, complete your Health Pass for faster entry at check-in.

  1. Open the CLEAR app and tap on the white Your Pass tile.
  2. Confirm your identity with a quick selfie.
  3. Please complete your daily health survey prior to arriving to leaving your hotel room.
    1. If your health pass shows green, you may proceed to the conference.
    2. If your health pass shows red, remain in your room and contact our team at team at events@greenwayhealth.com.
  4. Tap “Open Health Pass” to get your result. Green means you’re good to go!
